Services
All prepaid fees on services are non-refundable.  There is a $50 cancellation fee for less than 24-hours notice of cancellation.

Event Registration
Due to administrative costs, salaries, coordination activities, materials printed, material acquisitions, hotel contracts and other business expenses incurred for a public event, all event registration fees are non-refundable.

All scheduling changes must take place at least 60 days prior to the event date provided during registration. There is a $50 rescheduling fee for the Basic Hypnotist Certification Course; a $50 rescheduling fee for the Master Hypnotist Certification Course; and a $50 rescheduling fee for the Advanced Hypnotherapist Certification Course. Only one schedule change per event registration is permitted, and no change window is available on the updated registration. The updated registration must be within one calendar year of the event date provided during registration.

Upon registration for the 4-hour Introduction to Hypnosis Seminar, we request a $25 cancellation deposit via Visa or MasterCard.  We do not process the payment unless you do not attend with less than 48 hours notice of cancellation. If you have registered for the event and do not attend without notice, we will charge the $25 fee. After attendance to the event, your deposit will be void.
 

Event Dates
Full Circle Hypnosis Inc. sells event registrations and does not guarantee event dates. All event dates are subject to change due to logistical factors such as attendance rate and venue availability.

Event Accommodations
All event pricing includes event tuition only. All food, travel and accommodation costs are not included in the event price.
 

Product Purchases
All Full Circle Hypnosis Inc. product sales (e.g. curriculum products, CDs, books, etc.) are non-refundable. Full Circle Hypnosis Inc. is committed to quality and will assist in replacing any defective product within the first 30 days of purchase.
