Feel the Fear and Turn it Into Self-Love!

Fear. What is it really? Is it something we were born with? No! Then why do so many of us allow ourselves to be consumed by it?

Fear is something we learned as young children. There is no truth to it at all. We became limited in our thinking, in our feelings and in our actions which has ultimately limited us in our realities.

Since we know that our thoughts create our reality, then learning these limiting behaviours as children is a major reason why so many of us are unhappy or lacking in relationships and money today as adults.

But who did this to us and why would people be so cruel as to hurt a young child?

We learned this fear based behaviour from our parents, teachers, school, religion, media, aunts, uncles, grandparents, etc. All authority figures, who when we were small children, we looked up to as Gods. And the innocent child simply believed everything that was said, why wouldn't we, right?

Well unfortunately, these limiting beliefs have been passed down from generation to generation. There is not an ounce of truth in them except for the fact that what we believe, we manifest.

Imagine if you were raised believing that money can come easily and effortlessly, like the air that we breathe. Money is always around us, supporting us in whatever we want to have, buy or donate. Money is attained and in abundance by good people.

Imagine if you were raised believing that your body was beautiful and healthy and that everyone's body is truly amazing because of all the wonderful bodily functions it does for us without us even thinking about it.

And imagine that you were raised seeing the perfection in everything; seeing beauty in all. And that even the things that society thinks are ugly, you see them as perfect too simply because God (or Universal Spirit) created them.

And then imagine, this world without judgement and with love for everyone and everything. There would be no war, only peace. There would be no feeling unworthy or undeserving or not good enough.

We can have a world of love and that world begins in your mind first. Love yourself, appreciate your body, allow money to come to you like the air that you breathe. And when you can truly love yourself, you can then love others without judgement and when you love others without judgement, they too will feel more confident inside themselves to truly be all that they can be.

Changing the world, is changing one heart at a time - being with yours.
